We are seeking a dedicated NP or PA to join our dynamic multi-specialty practice. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive medical care to a diverse patient population, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.

Job Function:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Manage chronic diseases and coordinate care with specialists.
- Perform routine check-ups, screenings, and immunizations.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- BC NP or PA.
- Spanish or any other language skill preferred but not required.
- License NY.
