About the Role:
SAINI RG1 LLC in Sacramento, CA is looking for a hardworking and reliable Dishwasher/Back of House team member to join our crew! This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced kitchen environment where your efforts keep the whole operation running smoothly. Responsibilities:

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the back of house
• Support kitchen staff by restocking supplies and keeping prep areas tidy
• Take out trash and maintain clean floors throughout the shift
• Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed
• Follow all health, safety, and food handling regulations

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Previous dishwashing or back of house experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
