Schedule & Compensation

Shift: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Part-Time)

Location: Doylestown, OH

Pay: Competitive compensation based on experience ($16.00 – $22.50/hr)

What You'll Be Doing (Comprehensive Responsibilities)
This role requires a confident professional who is comfortable providing physical assistance, daily home management, and respectful companionship. Duties include:

Honorable Companionship: Offering active, empathetic companionship, engaging in meaningful conversations, and showing the utmost respect and appreciation for the client's military service and life experiences.

Comprehensive Personal Care: Providing assistance with daytime Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene maintenance with complete respect for the client's dignity.

Mobility & Safe Transfers: Executing safe mobility techniques in and around the house to prevent falls and encourage safe daily movement.

Health & Wellness Support: Administering accurate, timely mid-day medication reminders and monitoring overall client well-being.

Meal Preparation & Home Management: Planning and preparing a wholesome lunch and afternoon snacks, alongside completing light housekeeping (laundry, sweeping, kitchen cleanup) to ensure a safe, tidy environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 1+ year of professional caregiving experience required.

Skills: Superior interpersonal and effective communication skills, unwavering patience, and a calm demeanor.

Logistics: Must possess a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, active auto insurance, and the ability to commute to Doylestown.

Clearances: Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive background check.
