Behavioral Health Care Coordinator

Westbrook Health Services

The MAT program at Westbrook Health Services, Inc. connects clients to substance abuse services and supports treatment planning and service delivery. The role involves assessment, planning, linkage/referral, advocacy and crisis response coordination in alignment with individual plans. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field and demonstrate strong communication, teamwork and ethical professional conduct in a diverse environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
