The RN Case Manager assists patients in the utilization of appropriate health care services. Or equivalentCurrent clinical experience with 2 years clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting, or1 year current experience in an inpatient or outpatient case management setting.Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License2 years Case management, discharge planning, or utilization management experience in the acute, sub-acute, home health setting or managed care environment.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree Nursing.
