To support a dynamic HR team, the full-time remote HR Coordinator will manage candidate scheduling, onboarding logistics, and employee experience initiatives while ensuring seamless communication and organization throughout the recruitment process. Key responsibilities Coordinate all candidate scheduling and interview logistics, ensuring timely communication and a smooth recruiting process Oversee onboarding logistics for new hires, creating structured first-day schedules and ensuring a welcoming experience Manage the onboarding swag program, including sourcing and delivering welcome packages to new employees Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in an HR coordinator, recruiting coordinator, or people operations role Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, ATS tools, and scheduling software Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field Experience supporting both HR operations and talent acquisition functions Proven ability to maintain accurate employee records and handle sensitive information professionally
