We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network and voice communication environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong Cisco voice and networking experience , including Cisco Control Hub, Webex Contact Center, Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), and Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
This role will support enterprise-wide network and telephony infrastructure, troubleshoot complex connectivity and voice issues, coordinate maintenance activities, and work with internal teams and technology vendors to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities- Design, maintain, and optimize enterprise LAN/WAN and voice networks.
- Monitor network and telephony environments and troubleshoot incidents.
- Support Cisco voice and collaboration technologies.
- Perform moves, adds, and changes for users and employees.
- Troubleshoot advanced telephony and network issues.
- Work with vendor engineers to resolve complex technical problems.
- Support VoIP technologies such as SIP and CTI .
- Support telephony applications including Webex, IVR, call recording, and session border controllers .
- Assist with disaster recovery and fault-tolerant network solutions.
- Develop technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on enterprise network and voice projects.

- Quality of Service (QoS) and traffic prioritization
- VoIP, SIP, and CTI
- Linux and Windows systems
- Enterprise telephony infrastructure
- Multi-vendor network environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of related network/telephony engineering experience.
- Strong Cisco voice background.
- Experience troubleshooting complex network and telephony issues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide telephony infrastructure.
- Experience with disaster recovery solutions.
- Experience working with technology vendors and vendor engineering teams.
- Experience developing technical documentation and troubleshooting standards.
- Experience supporting large-scale voice and collaboration environments.
