Senior CCIE Network Engineer

Job Summary: Senior Network Engineer (CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure) Dallas, TX (Onsite)
- Serve as a senior escalation point for critical network incidents in a large-scale, mission-critical healthcare enterprise network.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of major network outages and complex technical issues.
- Design, implement, and support advanced Cisco enterprise network infrastructures, including routing, switching, wireless, security, and data center environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA) fabrics, including segmentation, access control, endpoint connectivity, and policy management.
- Manage and support Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center) for network assurance, automation, and device provisioning.
- Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for 802.1X authentication, TACACS, MAB, profiling, guest access, and policy-based access control.
- Oversee enterprise wireless networks using Cisco Catalyst 9800 Wireless Controllers and high-density access points, optimizing RF and wireless performance.
- Manage Cisco Nexus data center technologies, including VXLAN/EVPN architectures and Nexus Dashboard Fabric Controller (NDFC).
- Develop and enforce network security policies using Cisco Secure Firewall, access control, segmentation, and assist in security incident response.
- Support cloud connectivity and hybrid networking solutions, including Azure ExpressRoute and WAN troubleshooting.
- Act as a technical leader and mentor for the enterprise networking team, providing guidance and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and participate in on-site support at the Dallas hospital location, with potential future hybrid work flexibility.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain and leverage active or recent CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure certification.
- Must be able to convert to full-time without visa sponsorship and be commutable to Dallas, TX.
