Title Assistant (in office)
First American Group
First American is looking to add a Title Assistant to our growing team. In this role, you will work in adynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our Title team in a wide range of administrative duties including creating and maintaining title files, documenting all research, and auditing calculations and legal documents. This position plays a key role in coordinating the resolution and completion of the title process.
WhatYou'llDo:
Gathers information to resolve title issues
Searches,examines,and interprets real estate documents
Audits calculations and legal documents for accuracy
Communicates recording information and prepares legal property documents
Communicates professionally with all customers

Excellent verbal and written communication with both our internal team and external customers
Problem solverwithstrong organizational skills, is detail oriented, with an eagerness to learn

Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years oftitlerelated experience preferred
