Repossession Specialist

Location: Onsite in West Valley City, UT Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00am-6:00pm with rotating Saturday shift every 6 weeks. Key Responsibilities Perform and complete skip tracing activities on all assigned accounts to prevent charge-off and company loan loss. This includes inbound/outbound calls to discuss delinquency resolution. Maintain and establish new repossession and transport vendor relationships. Manage all accounts assigned from the repossession assignment to transportation of the vehicle to auction. Complete required applicable paperwork, including sending all required Federal and State regulatory letters. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years experience in collections with a focus on skip tracing customers to prevent loan loss.
