Voxquill is seeking a hands-on talent partner to build the Austin US operation. You will source and pitch startup founders and hiring managers, screening candidates for grit, ownership, and fit. You will shape the recruiting approach with the CEO, experimenting live rather than following fixed processes. You do not need a traditional recruitment background.
