As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor alarm panels, and deliver exceptional customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.37 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat08:00 AM - 04:00 PMSun08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business, building perimeter, parking areas, entrances, and other assigned areas to help identify unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, maintaining a professional presence and directing individuals as needed. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
