LHH Talent - - Responsibilities: Prepare, organize, and track invoicing information using Microsoft Excel and the system; Create and submit customer invoices through various client portals and monitor them throughout the billing lifecycle; Review billing rates, contract requirements, and supporting documentation to ensure accurate invoicing; Research and resolve billing discrepancies while partnering with accounting, project, and operational teams as needed; Enter invoices and credit memos into the accounting system and assist with monthly billing and Work-in-Process reporting
