THE BASICS
Pay : We offer competitive pay from $45-$65/hour based on your experience and leadership capabilities.
Schedule : This is a full-time position based in Fenton, MO.

YOUR DAY AS A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN
As a Licensed Electrician, you will step into a role where leadership, ownership, and growth are at the forefront of your daily experience. Each day, you'll take charge of electrical projects, guiding teams on-site and holding everyone to the highest level of craftsmanship and accountability. You will constantly look for ways to improve efficiency, implement better systems, and help scale the company for long-term success. REQUIREMENTS FOR A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN
- Active electrical license
- Experience leading or managing work
- Ability to think in terms of systems, efficiency, and long-term growth
- Ownership mentality and high accountability
- Strong communication skills with both team and clients
