Job Description

Actively seeking a Legal Business Development Specialist (Corporate) for a Fulltime and Hybrid Role . This role is suited for a candidate with 3+ years of experience working in Business Development, RFP, or Proposal writing within a Professional Services, Marketing, or most preferably a Law firm. Strong writing skills is a MUST .

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST

SCHEDULE | LOCATION: Hybrid | Manhattan

\n

PAY: $105K - $132K (Based on Years of Experience, Legal Experience)

\n

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

\n

\n
• Bachelor's Degree
\n
• 3+ Yrs in a Marketing/Business Development Role in a Professional Services/Law Firm
\n
• Extraordinary attention to detail, and oral/written communications skills
\n
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Additional Knowledge in Database, CRM, and Email Marketing Platforms REQUIRED

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

\n

\n
• Specialization in Capital Markets is preferred
\n
• Support attorneys' post-event, including targeting of attendees, follow ups
\n
• Preparing and drafting pitch materials and RFP responses
\n
• Research prospective clients, Firms, industry specializations
\n
• Edit, assemble, proof, and distribute final proposals
\n
• Maintain pitch tracking
\n
• Contribute to the development of strategy and implementation of business plans
\n
• Monitor and report on market trends and issues
\n
• Support cross-practice business development initiatives
\n
