Morgan. You’ll translate business objectives into clear creative direction, deliver high-quality brand assets and tools, and help ensure consistent, compliant brand expression across channels. You’ll work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment where strong judgment, organization, and relationship-building are essential.Job ResponsibilitiesManage external agencies and internal creative partners to develop brand and marketing assets, templates, and high-impact collateralDeliver day-to-day brand governance, education, and enablement to support consistent and accurate brand application across touchpointsPartner with internal stakeholders to understand goals and execute creative solutions that meet business needsProvide clear, constructive creative feedback that elevates work while aligning to brand guidelinesServe as a key point of contact for branding requests, reviews, and approvalsSupport strategic initiatives and complex cross-functional projects, including work with tight deadlinesBuild strong working relationships across teams and functions to drive alignment and timely deliveryCreate and refine compelling presentations and materials for executive and client audiencesDevelop and manage creative briefs, agency engagements, and stakeholder reviews to ensure clarity, alignment, and qualityRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsMinimum 4+ years of marketing and/or brand experienceDemonstrated experience in brand identity, brand governance, brand strategy, and communicationsExperience managing and collaborating with internal and external creative agenciesAbility to succeed in a highly matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and prioritiesStrong organizational, presentation, and time management skillsStrong relationship-building and collaboration skills with a client-service mindsetAction-oriented approach with sound judgment and the ability to meet deadlines with urgencyPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience supporting brand identity and brand strategy programsPassion for improving processes and ways of workingExperience with B2B brand marketingStrong project management skills (planning, tracking, and delivery)Familiarity with financial services and related productsChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
