Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) accepted
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric therapy within school environments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Commitment to fostering a supportive learning atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services and progress
• Participate in team meetings to review student progress and goals
• Provide education and support to staff and parents to enhance carryover of strategies
• Stay current with best practices in pediatric speech-language therapy
