About the job In this role, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end YouTube vendor operations across tools, infrastructure, data, insights, and partner engineering. You will coach and guide a high‑performing team of vendor managers, ensuring flawless operations by managing overall vendor performance, staffing, SLA adherence, quality, and other metrics. You will develop and maintain regional workflow strategy, drive continuous improvements, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams locally and globally to influence strategy at the Vice President level. Additionally, you will establish and lead vendor operations at one or more sites, manage long‑term global operational strategy, support model, workforce decisions, vendor selection, and continuous process improvements.
