WhatYou’llOwn P&L&BusinessPerformance:OwnthefinancialperformanceoftheTikTokShopbusiness,includingrevenue,grossmargin,contribution,forecasting,andoperatingefficiency. SocialCommerceStrategy:DevelopandexecutethestrategyforgrowingtheTikTokShopbusiness,identifyingnewopportunitiesacrossbrands,categories,creators,content,andcommerce. BrandLeadership:Serveasaseniorstrategicpartnertobrandclients,helpingthemdevelopandexecutewinningTikTokShopstrategiesthatdrivesustainablegrowth. Sales&Growth:Partnerwithsalesandbusinessdevelopmenttoidentify,pitch,andwinnewbrandopportunitieswhileexpandingexistingrelationships. Marketing&Merchandising:Workcloselywithmarketing,creative,content,andmerchandisingteamstobuildcompellingcampaigns,promotions,livecommerceprograms,andproductstrategies. TeamLeadership:Leadanddevelopcross-functionalsocialcommerceteamsspanningaccountmanagement,sales,operations,marketing,andotherfunctions.Buildtheorganizationalstructure,processes,andtalentneededtoscale. TikTokShopOperations:Overseetheoperatingengineacrossstorefronts,campaigns,promotions,affiliates,creators,liveshopping,inventoryconsiderations,andplatforminitiatives. Performance&Analytics:EstablishtheKPIs,reporting,andoperatingcadenceneededtounderstandwhatisdrivinggrowthandwheretooptimize. Cross-FunctionalLeadership:PartnercloselywiththeCOO,Finance,Sales,Marketing,Creative,andotherleadershipteamstoalignprioritiesanddrivecompany-widegrowth. WhatWe’reLookingFor 10+yearsofexperienceine-commerce,socialcommerce,digitalmarketing,marketplaces,consumerbrands,orarelatedfield,withsignificantleadershipexperience. DeepunderstandingofTikTokShopandsocialcommerce,includingcreators,affiliates,content,liveshopping,paidmedia,promotions,andplatformmechanics. DemonstratedexperienceowningorsignificantlyinfluencingaP&Landmanagingabusinessagainstrevenue,margin,andprofitabilitygoals. Provenabilitytoleadandscalehigh-performing,cross-functionalteams. Strongcommercialinstinctsandexperienceworkingdirectlywithbrands,clients,orexternalpartners. Atrackrecordofdrivingmeaningfulrevenuegrowthandturningstrategyintoexecution. Stronganalyticalandfinancialacumen,comfortablediggingintothenumbers,understandinguniteconomics,andmakingdecisionsbasedonperformancedata.
