About the role We are seeking to appoint an experienced administrator to support and develop academic administration in the Humanities Division. In addition to providing support across a range of areas of academic administration, the postholder will also contribute to the Humanities Division’s quality assurance and enhancement activities, including data collection and analysis, and as a member of the Humanities Education Support team. You will take responsibility for key aspects of the team’s work, develop your own areas of expertise and help to shape the development of operational practice in the Division, arising from both the University’s and the Division’s educational policy and strategy. This is an interesting and varied role providing an excellent opportunity for career progression within higher education administration. The successful applicant will have significant experience of administration, excellent attention to detail and the ability and enthusiasm to implement new administrative systems and processes. Previous experience of working in higher education, or demonstrable commitment to developing a career in the sector, is desirable.
