Global Mental Health Program Clinical Trainee (Therapist Pursuing Licensure)

Clinical Trainee Position

Our ideal candidate is a Clinical Trainee who is passionate about working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and is eager to grow as part of a compassionate, mission-driven team.

Position responsibilities include:

• Providing psychotherapy to adults (18+) through telehealth and/or in-person sessions at our St. Paul office.
• Conducting diagnostic assessments as needed.
• Attending clinical supervision and monthly professional meetings.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system.

Supervision is provided toward the following licensures:

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Contract details and compensation include:

• Independent Contractor status: paid time off and health insurance are not provided.
• Flexibility: Create your own schedule; work remote, in person, or hybrid.
• Commitment: Minimum one-year contract.
• Caseload: 20+ sessions per week (with option to expand).
• Compensation: Flat-rate reimbursement per service, plus travel reimbursement (if applicable).

Qualifications include:

Education & Experience

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work.
