Job Summary
Labor and Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in a healthcare facility. The role involves providing patient care in a 25-bed Labor & Delivery unit, encompassing labor, postpartum, newborn care, and surgical areas. The position requires working in a rotating schedule that includes day, evening, and night shifts, with occasional call responsibilities.

Job Details

• Certifications/Qualifications: Current Massachusetts RN License; AHA Basic Life Support (BLS); Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) every 2 years for Labor & Delivery. ACLS certification is preferred.
• Schedule: Rotate between 7:00am to 7:30pm, 11:00am to 11:30pm, and 7:00pm to 7:30am, with minimum 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license, BLS, NRP, EFM; minimum 0 years of experience; 12-hour shift schedule; starting 10/18/2026 through 01/16/2027.
• Additional Information: The unit covers labor, postpartum, newborns, and surgical rooms with a daily census of 15-25 mothers and babies, utilizing the EPIC electronic health record system. The role involves clinical duties such as circulating, postpartum, and newborn care.
