We are seeking a detail-oriented Closing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will coordinate residential real estate closings from clear-to-close through funding, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company, investor, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure company receives fully executed files in a timely fashion
• Works to obtain signature on missing or additional documents from lender, borrower and or closing agent
• Monitoring and responding to questions/information at post closing email addresses
• Review and submit files for recording
• Other duties as assigned
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1-5 years of experience in mortgage funding/closing preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
  

Job Details:

• Full Time: M-F
• Pay: $19.00-$20.00
• Job Type: On-site
