???? Location: Franklin, Tennessee
???? Pay: Competitive hourly compensation based on experience
⏰ Schedule: Full-time | Overtime opportunities available

????️ WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You'll work alongside our team to install a wide range of commercial signage and branded environments, including:

• Custom channel letters and illuminated signage 
• Dimensional architectural lettering 
• Monument and cabinet signs 
• ADA signage and wayfinding systems 
• Interior branding and environmental graphics 
• Vehicle wraps and fleet graphics 
• Vinyl graphics and specialty applications 
• Window graphics and large-format murals 
• Commercial and architectural signage installations 

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of commercial sign installation experience is highly desirable.
• Experience installing commercial signage, vinyl graphics, or vehicle wraps. 
• Experience with wide-format graphics and specialty applications. 
• Ability to safely operate lifts and work at elevated heights. 
• Ability to read and interpret installation drawings and specifications. 
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation. 
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship. 
• Professional attitude and ability to interact positively with customers and job-site personnel. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Additional Skills That Get Our Attention

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Electrical sign installation and connections 
• Welding and metal fabrication 
• CNC equipment 
• Channel letter and cabinet sign installation 
• Construction or architectural signage 
• Commercial vehicle wraps and fleet graphics 
• Higher education a plus but not required
