Overview Sales Director needed in the Pittsburgh, PA area Job Description: As the Sales Director - Furnace Aftermarket, you are part of our Aftermarket Service Division. You will be mainly working both inside and outside sales in offering spare parts, rebuilds/retrofits, and field service to industrial type furnace owners in the carbon and non-ferrous industries in mostly North America. The Sales Director is responsible for the company achieving its growth goals in the designated product group. Responsibilities Collaborates with the VP Sales and Marketing and the Inside Sales Manager on price negotiations, tracking of inquiries to orders, and supervising after-sales service including product/service claim resolution Develops the annual sales plan as defined by the budget Maintains and grows existing top line sales with key accounts Performs direct selling by engaging with account decision makers Generates new business opportunities by utilizing consultative selling techniques and skills to engage customers Differentiates the product portfolio by promoting its unique focus on advanced technologies and application engineering Grow the business top line; expand market share Qualifications 5 years minimum in outside sales in an industrial environment Prefer BS degree in industrial or mechanical engineering Prior industrial furnace or relevant industrial combustion or process experience Prior metals industry experience a plus Must be fluent in Microsoft Office Fluency in SAP preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
