Senior Associate

Premier Political Compliance, Inc. – Washington, DC Premier is looking for a senior associate with a thorough knowledge and understanding of campaign finance compliance regulations and requirements for various types of political committees. The position requires strong organizational and prioritization skills, superb customer service skills and excellent oral and written communication skills. Responsibilities: Prepare campaign finance reports, including complex and substantial reports Serve as a central point of contact for clients Handle day‑to‑day operations work for clients Process client receipts and disbursements Perform data entry and data imports Supervise work of junior team members Perform client projects or tasks Requirements: Expertise in campaign finance reporting software (such as NGP VAN or FECFile) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and multitask Fluency in standard Microsoft Office applications Experience with a standard bookkeeping application (such as Quicken/Quickbooks) Expertise in data entry and ability to train junior staff Ability to manage time sensitive matters with professionalism and tact Education & Experience: Requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant compliance experience, or equivalent.
