About the Role We are seeking a skilled Installation Supervisor to lead our installation teams. This full-time, hands-on leadership role is perfect for someone with a strong background in construction, installation, and quality control who is ready to manage a dynamic team and deliver exceptional customer experiences from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all bath system installations Provide leadership and support to installation crews, ensuring timely and high-quality workmanship Review customer contracts and manage product orders effectively Manage warehouse inventory and develop vendor relationships Ensure utmost customer satisfaction and conduct follow-ups post-installation Maintain regular communication with clients and encourage referrals Handle all permitting, documentation, and CRM updates Assist installers with on-site challenges and service calls Analyze job costs and service trends for ongoing improvements Help recruit, onboard, and train installation staff Manage scheduling calendars and time-off requests for installation teams Maintain precise records of timesheets, receipts, and job completions What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in installation or construction Experience with acrylic bath systems Plumbing knowledge is highly preferred Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities Experience in quality assurance and customer service Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience A supportive and professional work environment Opportunities for long-term career advancement with a growing company Join Us!
