Family Medicine Physician Opportunity In Perham, Minnesota

Sanford Health has an opportunity available for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join their growing practice in Perham, Minnesota.

Clinic hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm and Saturday from 9am to noon. They are looking for a provider to join in 2025. The practice features a 24/7 staffed emergency room with a call ratio of 1:6. It is part of a multispecialty group practice including Family Medicine, Surgery, Psychiatry, and Psychology, serving a region of approximately 15,000 patients. Outreach specialties include Urology, Dermatology, Podiatry, Cardiology, Oncology, and Nephrology. The clinic and hospital are 136,000 square feet, attached to a 25 bed critical access hospital along with 52 clinical exam rooms all under one roof.
