Location: The Learning Experience Dedham, MA
Pay: $22$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday Toddler Teacher Early Childhood Classroom
The Learning Experience Dedham is seeking certified Toddler Teachers to support children during an important stage of language development, independence, and social-emotional growth. This role focuses on creating engaging classroom experiences through structured routines, hands-on learning, and positive teacher-child relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily classroom routines for toddler-aged children
- Support early communication and social-emotional development
- Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities and classroom centers
- Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with families regarding routines and milestones
- Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership
- Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing and safety requirements
- Massachusetts EEC Toddler Teacher certification required
- Prior toddler classroom experience preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Reliable and nurturing teaching approach
- Must meet Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
