The core responsibilities of this role include: Coordinating shipments with carriers, ensuring OB orders are picked in compliance with customer standards, leading and coordinating job responsibilities for associates, navigating excel/WMS to ensure KPIs are met.

Position: 2nd Shift Group Coordinator High Lift Lead Shift: Monday-Friday, hours to be determined Pay: $21.75 per hour + $1.00 Shift Differential

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:

• Excel capabilities
• WMS navigation
• Experience leading a shift
• Ability to work OT as needed
• Forklift certified

Role Purpose:

Responsible for supporting and leading specified group of individuals in the warehouse/clerical setting. Provides daily direction and guidance to the work group. Trains new associates in identified work group.

Key Accountabilities:

• Moving, stocking, staging, and storing products and materials using high lift reach equipment, narrow isle equipment, utilizing electronic wire-guided systems where installed.
• Efficiently stock and store merchandise in appropriate areas.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring the exact number and types of product is correct.
• Keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy.
• Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Report quality variances.
• Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, orderly fashion.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Ensure proper stock rotation.
• Extend to higher levels than on normal forklift equipment.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 6 months warehousing and inventory experience, preferred
