Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., fine print). Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases by utilizing a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and respond to guest inquiries. Verify information on documents or on the computer screen, including text, printed forms, and lists, to ensure that they are accurate and complete. Operate standard office equipment aside from computers, such as telephone, typewriter, fax, copier, calculator, and electronic peripherals. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or throughout the entire workday. Comply with all company policies and procedures, ensure that the uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer phones using appropriate protocol. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to achieve common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure compliance with expectations and quality standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase the organization's effectiveness, productivity, quality, safety, and/or capacity savings. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report to the manager any accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions; and complete safety training and obtain certifications. Move, lift, transport, push, drag, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
