Your role combines environmental awareness, strategic planning, and dynamic security practice solutions to ensure sustainable, safe outcomes for the spaces you help protect and serve.

• Experience or interest in safety, risk management, or environmental/strategic planning

What You Will Do:

• Proactively identify potential risks and develop innovative prevention strategies
• Observe, Detect, Identify Risks to Mitigate Proactively
• Identify, Code Risk Patterns  
• Serve as a trusted collaborator, fostering strong relationships with clients and communities
• Partner with property managers and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive safety compliance
• Mitigate threats by leveraging strategic tools, communication, and forward-thinking solutions

Compensation Vares based on experience level roles. 

Entry-level roles focus on foundational safety strategy and prevention methods to build core skills

Mid- to advanced-level positions emphasize leadership, advanced mitigation tactics, and strategic oversight.
