Join Our Team as a Full-Time Physical Therapist!

At MedSide Healthcare, we are dedicated to providing exceptional in-home care services to our patients, focusing on skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and personal support. Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled rehabilitation services to patients as outlined in the Plan of Treatment
• Evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy modalities to develop and restore function
• Deliver rehabilitative physical therapy in patients' homes as prescribed by a physician

Qualifications:

• Current PT licensure in Georgia with no sanctions
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience in Home Health is preferred
