Member Experience Coordinator

Maine Public

Maine Public is seeking two full-time Administrative Assistants to join our Membership team. These roles serve as the first point of contact in a busy office, assisting with day-to-day Membership and Audience Services tasks. Responsibilities include responding to email and phone inquiries, welcoming guests, troubleshooting member issues, data entry and database maintenance, and processing member payments and acknowledgements. This is a fast-paced, customer-service driven environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
