Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract position supporting preschool students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This opportunity spans from August 12th, 2026, through May 20th, 2027, offering a dynamic balance of collaboration and independent practice near Florence, CO. With a caseload of 35-45 preschool-aged children, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering communication skills and enhancing educational success.

Qualifications:

• Active Colorado SLP license required
• Current Colorado CDE Certification required
• Open to candidates with SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group speech and language therapy to preschool students
• Evaluate, assess, and document speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement effective intervention plans suited to preschool learners
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families for comprehensive support
• Maintain attention to detail in record-keeping for compliance and progress tracking
• Engage actively in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams

Job Details:

• Full-time, up to 40 hours per week
• Five days per week, with a rotating schedule: two weeks each month are 4 days/week, alternating with two weeks at 5 days/week
• Direct service to a focused preschool caseload
