Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding role supporting preschoolers’ communication development in an educational setting near Rockvale, CO. This full-time contract position allows you to make a lasting impact while enjoying variety in your weekly schedule and a manageable caseload of 35–45 students. The assignment runs from August 12, 2026, through May 20, 2027, providing stability throughout the academic year.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Colorado SLP License
• Colorado CDE (Colorado Department of Education) Certification
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience or strong interest in early childhood/preschool speech therapy preferred
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and students

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to preschool-aged children
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver both pull-out and classroom-based services
• Maintain thorough records of progress and sessions in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success

Schedule Details:

• Up to 40 hours per week
• Five days weekly, with a unique rotation: two weeks each month are four days/week; the other two weeks are five days/week, for added flexibility
