Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current California SLP license (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Experience working with children or in schools strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to create individualized treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
• Engage in ongoing professional development
• Provide consultation and support for classroom interventions
