What You ll Do
Provide comprehensive family healthcare services across multiple clinicsDiagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnessesPerform preventive screenings and health maintenance proceduresDocument clinical encounters accurately in electronic health recordsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient careSupport ongoing training and process improvement initiativesParticipate in after-hours or weekend coverage as needed
What You Need
MD or DO from an accredited U.S. or Canadian medical schoolValid, unrestricted medical license in VirginiaBoard certification in Family PracticeMinimum of 1 year recent family practice experienceCurrent DEA and BLS certificationsExcellent communication skills and team collaboration abilityAbility to handle emergency situations effectively
Nice to Have
Experience in military or federal healthcare environmentsAdditional certifications in emergency medicine or specialized practice areasBilingual capabilities or additional language skillsPrior teaching or supervision experience
