You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our brands maximize the value of RetentionX. Your success is directly tied to customer satisfaction—from guiding them through onboarding to providing strategic insights that fuel their growth. What you will own As an Brand Strategist , you will be the trusted partner for our brands, helping them seamlessly integrate RetentionX into their operations. You’ll be responsible for: Building and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of global brands. Guiding new brands through onboarding, ensuring a smooth start with RetentionX. Providing ongoing training and strategic advice to help brands get the most out of our software. Demonstrating our platform to potential new customers. Identifying customer needs and challenges, proactively offering solutions. Creating educational content such as Help Center articles, guides, case studies, and webinars. Staying ahead of eCommerce and marketing trends to continuously expand your expertise. What this role is not What success looks like Who you are 2+ years of experience working within a DTC eCommerce brand, ideally in roles such as eCommerce Manager, Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, or similar. Strong working knowledge of Shopify, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and other core eCommerce and marketing platforms. A proactive, ownership‑driven mindset—you take initiative, move quickly, and don’t wait for direction. A data‑driven approach—you’re comfortable analyzing numbers, identifying trends, and connecting insights to business outcomes. Exceptional communication skills, with native‑level written and spoken American English. Proven ability to present findings, strategies, and recommendations to clients or stakeholders in a clear, compelling way. Strong interpersonal skills—you know how to build trust and maintain productive, positive relationships. Must be based in the United States (preference for Florida or Texas). Preferred Qualifications Hands‑on experience planning, launching, and optimizing marketing or lifecycle campaigns. Familiarity with identity resolution solutions and/ or customer data platforms.
