This role is ideal for high ticket sales professionals, sales representatives, account managers, car sales professionals, and retail sales leaders who are comfortable presenting in person and closing large deals. Many of our top performers come from car sales, retail sales associate roles, inside sales, or other commission sales environments where performance directly drives income. Responsibilities: As a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for selling roofing products and services to homeowners. This role involves meeting with homeowners, assessing their roofing needs, providing product and service recommendations, and ultimately closing sales. Leads are pre-qualified and provided by the company, and there is no cold calling or door knocking required. Conduct 8 - 12 pre-scheduled and pre-confirmed in-home appointments per week Close sales and achieve sales targets Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Attend trainings and stay up-to-date on company products and services Drive to pre-set appointments with no cold calling or door knocking required Complete a thorough PAID two-week training program with our dedicated sales training team as part of our on-boarding process Attend regular sales meetings Who Thrives in This Role Experienced sales representatives or high ticket closers Professionals from car sales, retail sales, account management, or inside sales Competitive people comfortable working in a commission sales environment Individuals who want to transition from retail sales or customer service into higher income potential Compensation: Expected monthly earning of $12,500 - $25,000 On Target Annual Earnings: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 Weekly draw against commission + Progressive Uncapped Commission Bonus opportunities other incentives Schedule: Monday - Friday, appointments are scheduled at 1pm and 6pm; Saturday appointments are at 10am and 2pm Sales meetings may occur Monday – Thursday at 11am Work Location: Road Warrior Keywords: sales representative, high ticket sales, high ticket closer, in-home sales, outside sales, commission sales, car sales, retail sales associate, account manager, inside sales Requirements 3 years of prior sales experience Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team. Professional appearance and demeanor. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. No visible face or neck tattoos or piercings. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned territory, as needed. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus. Willingness to undergo thorough sales training provided by the company. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
