Job TitleIT Manager I (Data Manager)Job Description and DutiesUnder the general direction of the Information Technology (IT) Manager II (Chief Data Officer), the IT Manager I (Data Manager) serves as the California High-Speed Rail Authority's (Authority) subject matter expert responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of enterprise data functions. The incumbent leads and guides a team of information technology professionals engaged in data warehousing, database administration, business intelligence, analytics, data modeling, reporting, and the development and implementation of standards, policies, and governance practices. The incumbent provides organizational leadership in planning, directing, and coordinating daily operations to ensure the reliability, security, integrity, and appropriate documentation of the Authority's data systems. Decisions made in this role have a significant and lasting impact on mission-critical applications and enterprise data assets.You will find additional information about the job in the Duty Statement.
