$150,000 - $200,000

Responsibilities:

• Keep client files properly organized and up to date
• Attend court proceedings as needed to represent clients
• Assist clients effectively by understanding their needs analyzing the situation then strategizing and deciding on a proper course of action
• Prepare legal documents such as legal pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, contracts, judgments, and orders for a high volume of cases
• Handle the division of marital assets, including real estate, during divorce proceedings as needed
• Collaborate with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move files through the civil litigation process

• Lead and manage complex family law and estate cases, ensuring each client receives personalized and strategic legal counsel.
• Draft, review, and finalize essential legal documents with precision, safeguarding clients' interests and rights.
• Represent clients in court with confidence and clarity, advocating for their best outcomes in family law and estate matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative legal strategies, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Provide empathetic and clear communication to clients, guiding them through challenging legal processes with understanding and support.
• Stay updated on the latest legal trends and changes in family law and estate planning, ensuring our practices remain cutting-edge.
• Mentor junior attorneys and staff, sharing your expertise to cultivate a knowledgeable and skilled team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are required
• Ability to successfully represent both plaintiff and defendant sides of a case
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in highly stressful and emotional situations
• Active member of the ABA (American Bar Association)
• Must have worked on family law issues for at least 1-2 years; handling of real estate also required

• Must live in the Fayetteville area for our newest location
