Labor And Delivery Registered Nurse (Rn)

We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery (L&D) Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated Family Birth Place Team. This position involves working in L&D, with responsibilities also extending to the Operating Room (OR), Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), and postpartum care, offering couplet care to families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care for mothers and newborns, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
• Assist in approximately 60 deliveries per month, with expectations to increase to 80+ in the coming months.
• Caring for infants from 32 weeks gestation and above.
• Collaborate effectively with a fun and supportive team to create the best experience for clients.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Colorado or a compact license valid for practice in Colorado.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
• NRP and STABLE certifications are mandatory.
• Experience in a charge nurse role is required.
• Must be a team player with a strong commitment to compassionate care and clinical expertise.
• Must have limited time-off requests and be ready to start promptly.

Additional Information:

• This position involves a 12-hour night shift with rotating weekends.
• Call rotation is typically one 12-hour shift every six weeks, though this may vary.
• Travelers must reside at least 75 miles from the care facility.
• Flu vaccination is required by October 2026.
