Then you may be our perfect hero!As a valued SERVPRO® Franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate with opportunity to learn and grow.Primary ResponsibilitiesJob File Coordination - monitoring job file status, maintain job file work in progress, and ensure client requirements are followedJob File Documentation - review and validate initial field documentation, create preliminary estimate, perform daily job file coordination and perform job file backupJob File Communication and Reporting - complete and review job file documentation for upload and audit process, and perform job close-outInvoice/Payments - bill customers in timely manner, process payments, ensure work in progress and accounts receivables spreadsheets are kept accurate, and maintain filing system for all jobsOffice administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondenceAssist other departments, as neededPosition Requirements2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experienceExperience with billing, preferredExperience in service industry environment, preferredPossess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skillsExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailCapability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environmentProficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate® and proprietary softwareMinimum of HSD/GEDAble to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawHours7:30 am - 4:00 pm Monday through Friday40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when requiredPay Rate Competitive pay based on experience SERVPRO of Wolfe Restoration, Inc. is an EOE M/F/D/V employer Each SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
