Financal Operations Analyst

Our client, a well-known investment bank in Midtown, NY, is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to assist their Finance & Accounting team with several strategic initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for running tests on the team's existing accounting systems and processes, assisting on new automation initiatives, documenting testing and reporting results, and presenting findings to business leaders. The ideal candidate will come with 2-5 years of Business Analysis experience, a background in accounting & finance, and strong technical capabilities in SAP-BPC and Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities Include Running tests and reports on the firm's accounting system and production processes Documenting test and reporting results, and presenting findings to finance and accounting business leaders Partnering with business stakeholders and IT to assist on automation and other strategic initiatives Requirements 2-5 years of business analysis experience, preferably supporting an accounting team at another investment bank Strong working knowledge of SAP-BPC and Microsoft Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Mission Staffing
