What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one care with a client near you

• Follow and document physician orders

• Perform assessments and monitor conditions

• Document observations, interventions, and outcomes

• Deliver care independently in a home setting

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited LPN program within the last 12 months (based on graduation date, not LPN license date) .

• Active LPN license (by start date)

Compensation

• $29-$31/hour (graduated pay scale during residency)
