Location: Downtown San Diego, CA or Las Vegas, NV Work Model: Hybrid Compensation: $55,000$62,000 annually, depending on experience + bonus potential

About the Opportunity: We're seeking a detail-oriented Client Intake Assistant to join a growing Conflicts and Client Intake team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and interested in building a career within a professional legal environment.

In this role, you'll work closely with the intake team and attorneys to support the opening of new clients and matters, manage administrative processes, and ensure accurate and timely collection of information related to new and ongoing matters.

What You'll Do

• Support the client intake process, including opening new clients and matters
• Communicate directly with attorneys to obtain information needed for new and ongoing client matters
• Complete administrative tasks and special projects supporting the Conflicts and Intake team
• Maintain accurate information and documentation throughout the intake process
• Manage multiple requests, projects, and priorities simultaneously
• Follow up with attorneys and internal teams to ensure outstanding information is received and matters continue moving forward
• Utilize internal systems, Microsoft Office, and other technology to support daily intake activities
• Collaborate with team members to provide responsive and professional internal service

Compensation & Benefits: The anticipated salary range for this position is $55,000$62,000 annually, depending on experience. Candidates with compensation expectations outside of this range are still encouraged to apply. The comprehensive benefits package includes:
