Client Relationship Manager

Are you someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, building relationships and making clients feel taken care of? We’re recruiting for a Client Relations Manager to join a professional services office in the Des Moines metro. This is a great role for someone who likes a mix of people and organization. You’ll get to know clients, be a familiar voice they trust, help keep them connected and informed, and make sure the details behind the scenes are handled. What You’ll Do: Make outbound calls to prospective and returning clients to connect, follow up and schedule appointments Follow up with individuals who have expressed interest and schedule them for consultations Maintain regular communication with existing clients and build long-term relationships Schedule appointments and manage client follow-up Prepare applications and necessary paperwork Prepare for meetings, making sure information and materials are ready Assist clients with account updates, changes and service requests Maintain client records and recurring follow-up processes Help prepare for seminars, meetings and events Create a personal client experience through consistent communication and thoughtful touches You’ll Be Great at This If You Are: A true people person who enjoys being on the phone and initiating conversations Comfortable with outbound calling and appointment setting Friendly, polished and able to connect with different personalities Organized, detail-oriented and great at follow-through Someone who likes a role that combines people and paperwork Professional and trustworthy with confidential information Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM #J-18808-Ljbffr Express Employment Professionals West Des Moines, IA
