cGMP Associate III (Manual Line)

GMP Associate III serves as a technical expert and mentor on manufacturing lines, operating all assigned equipment and providing guidance to junior associates. The role emphasizes safety, quality compliance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within a regulated medical device environment.
Responsibilities
- Model safe work practices and mentor GMP I and II associates on equipment operation and compliance
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain all manufacturing equipment while minimizing downtime
- Perform in-process inspections and verify production documentation meets GMP and GDP requirements
- Lead lean initiatives and identify root causes to implement sustainable process improvements
- Support TPM activities and collaborate with supervisors and engineering on operational enhancements
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- 2–4 years experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing (medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech)
- Fully qualified and trained on all equipment in the manufacturing area
- Strong understanding of GMP, GDP, FDA, and ISO 13485 standards
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and complex problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record mentoring or coaching peers
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Compensation: $21.15–$35.95 hourly
