Real Estate Managing Broker
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices seeks a Real Estate Managing Broker to lead and grow a high-performing office. You will recruit, mentor, and coach agents; oversee residential and commercial transactions; and ensure strict compliance with state brokerage laws and ethical standards. Partner with leadership to drive sales strategy, leverage brand and technology tools, and monitor office performance. Foster a client-focused, collaborative culture with strong community presence while delivering training, marketing support, and guidance that help agents build sustainable, trust-based real estate careers.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the real estate office
- Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing agents
- Coach and mentor agents on sales, service, and ethics
- Oversee residential and commercial transaction compliance
- Ensure adherence to state brokerage laws and company policies
- Drive sales and growth strategies aligned with local markets
- Use brand tools, CRM, and technology to support agent productivity
- Monitor office performance metrics and profitability
- Develop and deliver training and development programs
- Promote a client-focused, community-engaged office culture
